The “unexpected” passing of friend and one of the organization’s leaders, Christopher Ridgeway, was revealed by Crownstone on Saturday.

We must tell you of the sudden death of Christopher Ridgeway, one of our leaders and a friend, and we do so with deep sorrow.

His death did not have a known reason.

“His love for Crownstone, his loved ones, and friends was genuinely inspiring. He provided so many of us with inspiration. He truly was a leader. Chris anticipated that Crownstone would be significant, and we will carry on living out his ambition every single day.

For those of you who knew Chris, you could tell how passionately he spoke about Crownstone and where we were going by the look in his eyes. In order to realize Chris’ goal, we look forward to working hard every day.

Kyle Cleary and Chris Ridgeway, who first connected through their parents’ friendship when they were young, established Crownstone in 2018.

As we grieve with family and friends for this significant loss, words can’t adequately convey our sorrow for your loss. We were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of this young being. Accept our condolences, and may God console you through our prayers. Kindly accept our sincere sympathies.
